Vstar 200L Automatic Finding Hole & stacking Filling Machine
Vstar V5-300A4A four heads automatic finding the hole&stacking filling machine, which adopts above-surface filling pattern is suitable for the filling of various kinds of non-foaming liquid material.Unique filling nozzle is easy to operate,fills quickly and accurately,and minimizes the leakage of residual liquid at the end of perfusion.
During the operation,the operator need to put the empty barrel at the empty barrel area and press the start button,then the empty drum will be automatically conveyed to the corresponding filling stage;The system automatically turns drum to capture the hole of it.When the hole of drum aligns with the filling nozzle,the filling nozzle will plug in the barrel and tare it;Open the filling valve and start filling;When finished filling,the filling nozzle automatically lifts out of the barrel and anti-drip tray automatically connected to the bottom of the filling nozzle;When four barrels'filling are finished,they will be automatically conveyed to barrel placed area to cap.After capped,barrels separated by barrel separator and automatically stacked by the pallet.After stacked,trays will be automatically conveyed to tray placed distric.Finally,forklift moves away these barrels and the procession is finished.
The speed of Vstar four heads automatic finding the hole&stacking filling machine is four to five times as much as common single-head filling machine.
Typical applications
Suitable for quantitative filling of non-foaming liquid for 200L barrel in chemical industry, food and medical industry.
