System features:
◆V5-300A4A four-head automatic port search palletizing filling machine,filling above surface of drum, suitable for the filling of various kinds of non-foaming liquid materials;
◆Unique design of filling device is easy to operate, filling fast and accurately, and minimizes the leakage of residual liquid at the end of perfusion;
◆During the operation, the operator presses the [Start] button in the empty bucket area, the empty bucket will be automatically transported to the corresponding filling platform, the system automatically turns the barrel to capture the barrel hole, when the barrel hole is aligned with the filling nozzle, the filling nozzle will be automatically inserted into the barrel, and the empty barrel will automatically tare;
◆The filling ends, filling nozzle automatically lifts outside of drum and anti-drip tray automatically connected to the bottom of the filling nozzle. 
◆After the filling of all 4 drums is completed, the automatic start conveyor will send the packing drum to the removing bucket area to rotate the lid, then barrels will be pushed to the bucket divider to automatically separate the drums, and then the transplanting machine will automatically stack the pallets. After the stacking is completed, the pallet will be sent to the removing pallet station automatically, and the forklift will fork away, the process is completed.
