Set filling value of one drum——Push the pallet into the weight platform and align the No1 drum mouth——Press [Start] button——Filling nozzle insert into drum——Automatic tare and zero——Fast and small feed valve open and start filling——Fast valve and pump close when fill in fast feed——Small valve close when fill in small feed——Filling nozzle automatic lifts and wait for next filling——Filling nozzle align the No.2 drum mouth——Press [Start] button——Filling nozzle insert into drum——Utill four drums are filled,remove the pallet from platform

Main used for chemical products, oil, food and other raw materials filling
System features:
■Four 50-200kg barrels can be placed on the pallet at the same time, and then filled one by one after manually aiming at the barrel mouth, eliminating the trouble of stacking the pallet plate after single barrel filling
■The whole system adopts explosion-proof standard manufacturing, grade: ExdiaIIBT4
■The weighing display control instrument and the load cell is with the explosion-proof certification
■The filling nozzle is mounted on a special device, and the manual handle can stretch and align the barrel freely
■The filling nozzle adopts the insert type perfusion to avoid causing the material to splash to the barrel and affect the outer packing
■2-shift& fast and small feed filling method, high accuracy
■At the same time when the filling starts, the system will automatically tare and zero
■When it reaches the target value of single filling, the filling nozzle willlifts automatically and waits for next start
■In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to stop the filling
■When the filling nozzle is not inserted into the barrel but pushed out of the barrel, the filling nozzle is automatically lifts and no filling 
■Unique drip-proof design good to avoid the material drops on pail
■After filling, just remove the drum out manually
■Using one-button operation: startup – filling valve lower into drum – automatic tare – filling –filling valve retracts ending filling-drip collecting
