1.First, put the scale body of the liquid filling machine flat, and adjust each caster to ensure the balance of position.

2.Put empty barrel conveyor and heavy barrel conveyor one on each side, the position should be put well, and the height of the scale body of the liquid filling machine is same, if not, according to the height of the filling scale body in the conveyor foot seat to adjust.

3.For the part of pipeline, as long as the interface of Vstar filling machine is quick clamping clamp interface, it is convenient to install. As long as the feeding port of the filling machine is connected with the interface on the reaction kettle (material storage tank), it can be connected with the clamp without any tools.

4.Air source part, if the factory has air source, it is OK to plug in the 8mm air inlet pipe, if not, a very small and ordinary air compressor is OK. Air source: 0.4-0.8mpa

5.Power supply: AC 220/50Hz
