IBC drum multi-function liquid filling machine is a special equipment that can realize automatic measurement and filling of liquid products. It is compatible with two kinds of constant weight measurement and filling of barrel types. The system can automatically identify and distinguish the barrel types, making the operation more humanized.The system combines empty drum placing and heavy drum stacking into one, without stacking device.In addition, four drums (180l-250l steel or plastic drum) can automatically open, fill and close the lid when filling on the tray, reducing the auxiliary time and improving the filling speed.
The whole system is widely used because of its advantages of high filling efficiency, compact structure and small occupation area.

Working process:manual place empty drum—automatic comvey empty drum—automatic upcap（200\250L）—Automatic filling and metering—automatic close the cap（200\250L）—Automatic convey heavy drum
Filling capacity: 180L-250L drum, per working position shall not be less than 40 drums per hour, IBC drum, per working position shall not be less than 15 drums per hour.

Nitrogen filling function
Nitrogen filling function in filling process , inert gas likes nitrogen is used to prevent filling materials and air reaction.Nitrogen-filled materials mainly include phenol, epoxy propane, butanediol, acrylic acid, aniline, tetrahydrofuran, etc.

Heat tracing function
In order to prevent solidification and crystallization of filling materials, the use of thermal insulation function is conducive to the smooth filling process.The materials with heat tracing function mainly include ethyl acetate, TDI, o-nitrotoluene, alcohol ether, phenol, acrylate, methyl ethyl ketone and other materials which will crystallize at room temperature.

Scavenging function
After the filling of Vstar filling machine, if the residual materials are not cleaned for a long time, they may solidify or corrode the filling equipment. Therefore, the purge function should be used at the end of filling to clean the remaining materials in the pipeline.When filling equipment changes materials, it is also necessary to purge before replacement, especially for corrosive, flammable and explosive materials.The purge function can reduce the risk of chemical reactions between two materials.

Applicable type of top irrigation: generally, the material which is not easy to produce foam,materials without explosion protection or no static electricity can be used for top irrigation.Lid-arranging and closing functions: Lid-closing machine straightens loose lidge into a unified direction, thus ensuring that the lid-closing machine automatically tightens the barrel lid and realizes the automatic lid-closing function.
