Daily clearing and maintenance of liquid filling machine

1.Prepare of multimeter, hexagonal wrench, monkey wrench, screwdriver, wiping cloth, etc
2.Calibration should be carried out on the scale at regular intervals. Normally, it should be calibrated once half a year without special circumstances.
3.No overloading working to avoid damaging load cell.
4.Cleaning, checking and applying oil for all parts of scale at regular intervals to eliminate the faults in the bud.
5.Be cautious of water infiltration or humidity of electric control box, avoid short circuit
6.When using electric welding machine for fixing scale or other equipment around, do not make current loop of load cell and welding line. Otherwise, it will destroy load cell.
7.Ensure electrical earthing of equipment and control box.
8.Ensure stability of platform for scale or steel structure. Forbid to connect scale and vibration equipment.
9.Ensure air and power supply stable.
10.Exhausting water in oil-water separator after working every day.
11.Handling problem in time when find it to avoid it goes worse and affect production.
12.No clearing of controller keyboard and display panel with industrial solvent. 
13.No impact force or water to sensor.
