Vstar four head automatic stacking filling machine
V5300A4A four head automatic stacking filling scale use top type liquid filling method which is suitable for various kind of foam liquid filling. The unique four filling scale design filling head device is easy to operate, fast perfusion and high accuracy; and maximize reduce the residual liquid dropping in at the end of the perfusion.
- During the operation, the operator need to put the bucket at empty bucket area then press start button;
- Empty bucket will automatically transferred to the corresponding filling stage;
- System automatically capture opening of the barrel, when aligned with the nozzle, filling nozzle will automatically insert the barrel and tare empty barrel;
- Then open the filling valve to start filling; When finished, filling nozzle automaticly lifts out of the barrel, anti-drip tray automatically arrives at the bottom of filling nozzle;
- When four barrels’ filling are completed , automaticly convey the barrel to capping area. After capping, it will automaticly palletizing and stacking, then sent to the next station, until fork lift take the away, the whole process is completed.
The speed of the vstar four head automatic stacking filling machine is four or five times as much as the usual filling machine.

It can apply to chemical, food, pharmaceutical industry, 200L drums of non-foaming liquid quantitative filling.
