Quantitative loading automatic control system
1) It requires the batch controller stand-alone and udes integration control system which also can remote monitoring in the PC (PLC). Batch controller is installed on-site hazardous areas, PC installed in the tank control room. This can realize successfully know the loading and cumulative flow display, grounding status and other information, complete the relevant equipment and valve interlock control. PLC of tank system is the host computer for the quantitative loading control system
2) The precision of loading automatic control system is ± 0.2% or higher, and data storage is reliable.
3) It can display the current setting amount, loading volume, total volume, flow, valve status and grounding status.
4) The requirements of batch controller are as follows:
Ø as the PC system, it can run stand-alone or integrated using the system.
Ø modular design.
Ø with emergency stop switch, when tank is in dangerous (eg: Grounding alarm, overflow alarm, etc.) can stop filling immediately.
Ø site password, magcard or key contacts rating confirmation.
Ø two-stage batch control.
Ø remote emergency stop.
Ø alarm signal when no flow.
Ø All the data can be uploaded to filling upper computer database, the PC monitor loading process, records, statistics, summary loading data, and generate reports.
Ø should have RS485 communication interface connected with the host computer and the RS232 printer interface.
